Change of Mind

The goods must not be opened in the event of a change of mind. You are liable for any expenses incurred in returning youritems. We don’t cover the costs of a returned item for a changed mind purchase.

Definition of refund

A refund on a Secure Covers Australia returned product is for the value of the original item in ‘as new’ resaleable, unopened and unusedcondition. The refund amount will be less than the actual freight costs

We reserve the right to not accept any refund on anyitem returned to us without prior approval by emailing Secure Covers Australia. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

How To Return An Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packing, unopened, and unused, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Include in your email the reason for your return and the original receipt and a photograph of the item.

Restocking Fee

‘All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the originalshipping you paid on the order (unless it is a manufacturer fault or is damaged in transit).
